My SantaClaus Magic generates a personalized, AI-produced video message based on details you provide. The final result is an artistic, entertainment product and may vary in appearance and voice from request to request.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in the applicable currency at checkout and are charged once per video, with no recurring subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. Refunds
If your video fails to generate correctly or you experience an issue with your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information about your child solely for the purpose of creating your video, and not to use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The My SantaClaus Magic name, branding, and underlying technology remain our property. The video created for you is yours to download and use for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer
My SantaClaus Magic is an independent entertainment product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any retailer, brand, or public figure.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of My SantaClaus Magic after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
